Easy Swaps

If you can have more fats switch out PBFit for
32 g natural peanut butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the PBfit (or peanut butter) and protein powder until a thick cookie dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop into 8 cookies and gently flatten with the back of a spoon (they won’t spread much while baking).
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before enjoying.
