4 Ingredient Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened protein packed cookies [Yields 8 Cookies, macros per 2 cookies]
Ingredients
- 120g Ripe Banana (about 1 medium)
- 32g PBfit Original Peanut Butter Powder
- 30g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 20g Lily’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

If you can have more fats switch out PBFit for
32 g natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the PBfit (or peanut butter) and protein powder until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop into 8 cookies and gently flatten with the back of a spoon (they won’t spread much while baking).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before enjoying.
