Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pack (14oz) Ground Chicken
- 2 large Egg
- 30g Almond flour
- 18 Simple Mills Seed Flour Crackers
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce (check macros- look for less ingredients, low sugar, less cals)
- Dash Salt + pepper

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven or air-frier to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the cracker coating. Put the crackers in a zip block baggie and crush up the crackers into fine crumbs and place them in a separate bowl.
- Form 18 small meatballs.
- Spray avocado oil spray on the palms of your hands and take one meatball at a time and roll it into the crackers. Continue to spray hands if the protein gets too sticky.
- Place on a pan or in the air-frier. Bake at 375 for 15–18 min.
- Let meatballs cool and then place toothpicks in the meatballs.
- Drizzle with buffalo sauce or have on the side and serve.
