- 8oz unsweetened 4-ingredient coconut milk
- 80g blueberries
- 50g pineapple chunks
- 50g banana
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey isolate
- 1 tbsp (10g) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Instructions
- Add coconut milk, blueberries, pineapple, banana, protein powder, and pudding mix to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint container.
- Freeze flat for 12–24 hours (must be fully solid).
- Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
- If powdery, add 1–2 tbsp coconut milk and re-spin.
- Top with blueberries + pineapple after spinning.
