- 80g honey crisp apple
- 5g maple syrup
- cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 30g nonfat greek yogurt
- 15g protein powder
- splash of almond milk

Instructions
- Prep apples: Mix apple, cinnamon, salt, and a splash of water in a small air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry apples at 370°F for 10 minutes (shake or stir halfway, you want them soft + slightly golden).
- Prep the crumble topping: crush up sweet thins and mix with maple syrup.
- After apples cook put topping over apples.
- Airfry for another 5-7 minutes until your preference crisp.
- Make protein cream: mix yogurt + protein powder + almond milk until smooth
- Assemble: Add protein cream on top of warm apples (not pictured)
- Optional to add protein boost (not accounted for in macros): 1) Protein vanilla creami 2) greek yogurt + protein powder
