Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 80g oat flour (or blended oats)
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 25g almond flour
- 30g almond butter
- 80g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 15g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- 40g freeze dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: 10g mini white chocolate chips (not calculated in macros)

Dairy free yogurt
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.
- Fold in crushed freeze dried strawberries or fresh.
- Roll into 10 balls. Note: if balls are crumbling add splash of water or little more greek yogurt.
- Refrigerate 20–30 min.
