Blueberry muffin on the go. Yields 12 balls [macros per 2 balls]
Ingredients
- 120g oat flour
- 60g vanilla protein powder
- 30g almond flour
- 20g freeze-dried blueberries, crushed
- 32g PB Fit
- 2g cinnamon
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5ml vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Add almond milk and vanilla.
- Mix until dough forms.
- Roll into 12 balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
