Ingredients
- 300g cucumber, diced
- 400g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 245g artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 100g kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 100g pepperoncini, sliced
- 100g red onion, thinly sliced
- 5g fresh basil, chopped
- 75g Walden Farms Balsamic Dressing

Instructions
- Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, quarter artichoke hearts, and slice olives, pepperoncini, and red onion.
- Add all vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
- Add basil and dressing.
