  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Lightly coat a 9x9 baking dish with avocado oil spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. The mixture will appear thin, this is normal.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly moist.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 servings.
