Chocolate Mint Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 160g quick oats
- 90g chocolate or mint chocolate protein powder
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 20g Lily’s Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 24oz unsweetened almond milk
- 90g unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or regular maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Avocado oil spray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly coat a 9x9 baking dish with avocado oil spray.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. The mixture will appear thin, this is normal.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly moist.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 servings.
