Hydration Berry Pops
The perfect refreshing, high-protein treat to help you cool down and stay hydrated | Yields 6 popsicles [macros per one]
Ingredients
- 240g unsweetened canned light coconut milk
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 180g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 10g electrolyte powder (strawberry or lemon works great)
- 15g honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 5g vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 20g diced strawberries
- 10g unsweetened coconut flakes
- Melted white chocolate drizzle (not included in macros)

Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, strawberries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, electrolyte powder, honey, vanilla, and sea salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in a few diced strawberries if you'd like extra texture.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, or a light white chocolate drizzle before serving if desired.
