- 15g Almond Butter
- 40g Banana (sliced)
- 5g Chia Seeds
- 7g Honey
- 60g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Add protein powder to greek yogurt.

Instructions
- Toast sourdough until lightly crisp.
- Spread almond butter evenly over the toast.
- Lightly spread greek yogurt over the toast.
- Add banana slices on top.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with honey.
- Note: to add more protein mix protein powder or collagen with greek yogurt before spreading it on toast.
