Apple Cinnamon Delight Creami
Apple pie, but make it high protein. Yields 1 Serving.
Ingredients
- 200g unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk beverage
- 30g vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
- 8g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 60g unsweetened applesauce
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 10g Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
- Optional: extra cinnamon apples (30g diced apple sautéed with cinnamon)

Instructions
- In a blender or shaker combine almond/coconut milk, protein powder, pudding mix, applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze 8–12 hours until solid.
- Run on Lite Ice Cream.
- Re-spin if needed: If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp almond milk and re-spin once.
- Add mix-ins: Make a small well in the center, add crushed Sweet Thins or apples, and run. Mix-In mode.
