  • 200g unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk beverage
  • 30g vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
  • 8g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 60g unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 10g Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
  • Optional: extra cinnamon apples (30g diced apple sautéed with cinnamon)

  1. In a blender or shaker combine almond/coconut milk, protein powder, pudding mix, applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze 8–12 hours until solid.
  3. Run on Lite Ice Cream.
  4. Re-spin if needed: If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp almond milk and re-spin once.
  5. Add mix-ins: Make a small well in the center, add crushed Sweet Thins or apples, and run. Mix-In mode.
