Ingredients
- 150g gluten-free oat flour (or blended oats)
- 75g vanilla protein powder
- 125g unsweetened applesauce
- 85g almond butter
- 60g pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg + sea salt
- 10g chopped dried apples

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir in almond butter, applesauce, and maple syrup until thick dough forms.
- Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
- Chill 1–2 hours (to firm up), then cut into bars or squares.
- Store in an airtight container. Can sit out all day or up to a week refrigerated.
- Tip: Drizzle with melted coconut butter or dust with cinnamon for a cozy look.
