  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or oil spray a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and coconut oil.
  3. Add Tejari protein powder and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in Simple Mills mix until fully combined.
  5. Divide batter into 9 muffin cups.
  6. Drop in 4 HU hunks per muffin cup (optional)
  7. Bake for 25–28 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack and enjoy warm!
