Butternut Squash Ravioli

Ingredients
- 1 serving Cappello’s Butternut Squash Ravioli (~170 g)
- 113g lean ground turkey
- 30g Primal Kitchen Vodka Sauce
- 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Optional: fresh basil, red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Cook the ravioli: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package directions (usually 3–4 min). Drain.
- Cook the protein: While ravioli cooks, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey (or chicken) and cook 5–6 min, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through.
- Combine sauce: Reduce heat to low. Add vodka sauce and cherry tomatoes to the skillet with the turkey. Stir to combine and warm through (~2 min).
- Serve: Plate ravioli and top with the turkey-vodka sauce mixture.
- Optional: garnish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, or a sprinkle of parmesan or nutritional yeast, extra veggies
