Chia Protein Parfait
Your new go to for a quick, high protein, gut friendly breakfast or snack. Yields 1 serving.
Ingredients
- 170g nonfat Greek yogurt
- 30g protein powder (vanilla or cinnamon works best)
- 15g chia seeds
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50g berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 5g honey or sugar-free syrup

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt + protein powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Add in almond milk and chia seeds, stir well.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again (this helps prevent clumping).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or overnight to thicken.
- Once set, top with fresh berries and drizzle honey or syrup if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy
