Chicken Avocado Wraps
A fully packed, delicious, easy on-the-go lunch!
Ingredients
- 140g chicken breast (cooked)
- 75g avocado (mashed or diced)
- 30g Greek yogurt + 5g mustard
- 2 wraps x 50g high fiber tortillas
- 30g spinach/coleslaw mix

Dairy-Free Yogurt or DF Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375. Lightly spray chicken breast with oil and season both sides with salt, pepper (optional low sodium ms dash or herbs).
- Air fry 16-18min flip halfway through. Cut chicken into strips or dice for wrap.
- Lay out wraps, fill with chicken, avocado, yogurt/mustard and spinach/coleslaw mix + add low sodium seasoning/herbs (optional)
- Roll up and enjoy!
