Chicken Fajita Power Bowl

Ingredients
- 100g cooked white rice
- 120g grilled chicken breast
- 1 whole egg
- 100g fajita veggies (bell peppers + onion mix)
- Cooking spray
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, fajita seasoning (to taste)

Instructions
- Cook rice ahead of time (or use pre-cooked) and portion to 100g.
- Season chicken with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill or air-fry (375 degrees for 15 minutes) until fully cooked, then slice.
- Saute fajita veggies in a pan until soft and slightly charred.
- Cook egg to preference (runny yolk recommended).
- Plate: rice on bottom, veggies around, sliced chicken on top, finish with egg.
