  1. Flatten dates: Place dates on parchment paper and press/roll into a flat layer (like a sticky “wrap”).
  2. Add crunch: Sprinkle crushed nuts evenly over the flattened dates and press in.
  3. Add banana: Place whole banana at one edge and roll tightly into a log.
