Chocolate Decadence Creami

Ingredients
- 240ml (1 cup) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 10g Hu Kitchen dark chocolate chips
- 5g cocoa nibs
- 5–7g Ghirardelli cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1–2 tsp zero-cal sweetener (optional, to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Blend base: add coconut milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 8–12 hours.
- Take it out of freezer let it sit for 5-10 minutes or run under warm water for 2-5 minutes.
- Spin: Run on Lite Ice Cream. Re-spin 1–2x until creamy texture you like.
- Add mix-ins: chocolate chips (melt if you want a hard shell) + cocoa nibs
