Chocolate PB Rice Cake Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 plain rice cake
- 16g PB Fit (powdered peanut butter)
- 15-20 ml water (adjust for texture)
- 5g cacao nibs

mix in 5-10g vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix PB fit with water until smooth and "whipped" (slightly thick + creamy).
- Spread evenly over the rice cake.
- Sprinkle cacao nibs on top for crunch.
- Enjoy immediately.
