A creamy, chocolatey overnight oat topped with a PB shell + cocoa nib crunch | Yields 1 serving
Ingredients
- 40g rolled oats
- 180g unsweetened almond milk
- 30g chocolate protein powder (1 scoop)
- 12g PB Fit powder
- 5g chia seeds (optional for thicker texture)
- 3–5g sugar-free maple syrup or stevia

- 8g cocoa nibs
Easy Swaps
PBfit
Real peanut butter or almond butter (for higher fats)
Almond Milk
Water, Oat milk, Coconut Milk
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, protein powder, PB Fit, chia seeds (if using), sweetener, and sea salt. Stir really well until smooth.
- Place in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the oats to absorb liquid and thicken slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix PB Fit powder with water until you get a consistency that’s thick but pourable [almost like melted peanut butter]
- Pour the PB mixture over the oats, spreading evenly to create a thin layer across the top.
- Sprinkle cocoa nibs over the peanut butter layer.
- Return to the fridge overnight. The PB layer firms up and creates a slightly thicker “shell” texture on top.
- Enjoy!
