  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss sliced carrots with coconut oil, cinnamon, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Spread onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until soft + caramelized. May need more time depending on how soft/hard you want the carrots.
