Crispy Brussel Beef Power Bowl

Ingredients
- 140g [raw] 93/7 lean ground beef
- 120g [cooked] white rice
- 200g brussels sprouts, halved
- 20g [1 slice] turkey bacon, chopped
- 50g Bell peppers, sliced
- 10g Coconut aminos
- 10g Spicy Avocado Mayo (Primal Kitchen)
- Sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
- Optional: Spicy Avocado Primal Kitchen Mayo (not calculated in macros)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- On a sheet pan, add: Brussels sprouts, Peppers, Chopped turkey bacon
- Drizzle with coconut aminos and sprinkle with salt + seasonings. Toss evenly.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender.
- For extra crisp: Turn oven to broil for 2–4 minutes at the end. Watch closely.
- While vegetables roast, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully done.
- Heat cooked white rice (60 g portion).
- Assemble bowl: rice, beef, crispy Brussels mixture.
