  1. Pull 2 espresso shots or stir 2 tsp Nescafé into 2 oz hot water (let cool slightly or pour straight over ice if you're in a hurry).
  2. Add banana, protein, PB Fit, milks, vanilla, salt, and flax (if using) to blender.
  3. Add coffee and ice last.
  4. Blend on high 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
