Dad Mode Shake
High calorie on the go meal for busy supra dads surviving a chaotic morning | Yields 1 serving.
Ingredients
- 118g medium banana
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein (60g)
- 2.5 tbsp PB Fit powder (17g)
- 6 oz whole milk (180g)
- 2 oz oat milk, unsweetened (60g)
- 2 shots espresso or 2 tsp Nescafé instant coffee + 2 oz hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: 1 tsp ground flax (~3g)
Easy Swaps
Whole milk
Oatmilk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
60g protein + 118g banana
30g protein + 59g banana (for lower calorie option)
Instructions
- Pull 2 espresso shots or stir 2 tsp Nescafé into 2 oz hot water (let cool slightly or pour straight over ice if you're in a hurry).
- Add banana, protein, PB Fit, milks, vanilla, salt, and flax (if using) to blender.
- Add coffee and ice last.
- Blend on high 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a glass or shaker, taste, and adjust salt/vanilla if needed.
