Easy Everything Pizza Muffins
All the pizza flavor you love in quick, protein packed meal. Yields 5 servings [macros per 2 pizza muffin halves]
Ingredients
- 5 Thomas Light English Muffins (285g)
- 150g pizza sauce
- 90g turkey pepperoni (30 slices)
- 150g diced lean ham
- 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50g red onion, diced
- 50g sliced black olives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Split English muffins and place cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread approximately 30g pizza sauce onto each English muffin.
- Top each muffin with: 18g diced ham, 6 slices turkey pepperoni, 10g red onion, 10g olives
- Sprinkle 20g mozzarella cheese over each muffin.
- Season with garlic powder, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For extra crispiness, finish in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
