Ingredients
- 170g unsweetened Coco-Yo yogurt
- 1 scoop 30g protein (vanilla collagen is my favorite)
- 20g Elizabeth’s Almond Butter Granola
- 15g raspberries
- 20g blueberries
- 20g kiwi, diced
- 20g pineapple, finely chopped
- 5g almond butter
- 5g raw honey
- 5g chia seeds

Dairy-free yogurt, Greek yogurt, low calories yogurt
More carbs
Add oats or cream of rice to the bottom
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Coco yogurt, collagen, and protein powder.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Layer berries, kiwi, and pineapple evenly over the yogurt base.
- Sprinkle 20g granola over the top.
- Lightly drizzle almond butter and honey.
- Serve immediately!
