Greek Steak Bowl
This will be a dish on repeat. [Yields 1 serving]
Ingredients
- 140g lean steak, fillet or NY strip (cooked)
- 120g white rice (cooked)
- 75g cucumber
- 60g tomato
- 30g red onion
- 20g homemade DF tzatziki dip (recipe on webpage)
- 8g feta cheese
- Lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Season steak with lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Cook steak on cast-iron pan, grill or airfry to desired doneness.
- Let steak sit, then slice.
- Cut up the cucumber, tomato and red onion.
- Add 120g cooked rice to bowl as the base.
- Top with sliced steak, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
- Add 20g tzatziki and sprinkle with 8g feta.
- Serve and enjoy!
