Pre-made low calorie greek yogurt
  1. Season steak with lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook steak on cast-iron pan, grill or airfry to desired doneness.
  3. Let steak sit, then slice.
  4. Cut up the cucumber, tomato and red onion.
  5. Add 120g cooked rice to bowl as the base.
  6. Top with sliced steak, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
  7. Add 20g tzatziki and sprinkle with 8g feta.
