Hawaiian Style Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients
- 200g ground chicken (lean)
- 28g egg whites (about 2 tbsp)
- 20g shredded mozzarella (optional but helps bind)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 60g Primal Kitchen tomato basil sauce
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked & chopped
- 40g pineapple chunks
- 40g mushrooms, sliced
- 30g bell peppers, diced
- 20g onion, diced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 28g shredded mozzarella (optional topping)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Make the crust: Mix ground chicken, egg whites, cheese, and seasonings
- Press into a thin, even circle (pizza shape)
- Pre-bake crust: Bake for 12–15 minutes until firm and lightly golden, add toppings, spread tomato basil sauce, add turkey bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, peppers, onion, sprinkle cheese if using
- Bake again: return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cooked through
- Finish: top with fresh basil
- Let cool slightly before slicing
