  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Make the crust: Mix ground chicken, egg whites, cheese, and seasonings
  3. Press into a thin, even circle (pizza shape)
  4. Pre-bake crust: Bake for 12–15 minutes until firm and lightly golden, add toppings, spread tomato basil sauce, add turkey bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, peppers, onion, sprinkle cheese if using
  5. Bake again: return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cooked through
  6. Finish: top with fresh basil
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing
