High Protein Edible Brownie Batter

Ingredients
- 120g cold plain Greek yogurt
- 15g chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 6g cocoa powder (about 1 tbsp)
- 8g coconut flour (about 1 tbsp)
- 10g honey (plus a small drizzle on top)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 5g cocoa nibs
- Pinch sea salt

Instructions
- Start with cold yogurt: Add Greek yogurt to a small bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients: Stir in protein powder, cocoa powder, and coconut flour.
- Sweeten: Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Mix until thick: Stir until it forms a thick brownie batter texture. If it gets too thick, add 1–2 tsp almond milk.
- Finish: Drizzle a little extra honey on top and add optional toppings if desired.
