High-Protein Egg Muffin Bites
A grab-and-go favorite protein bites! [Macros per muffin]
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 120g Egg whites
- 100g Turkey sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 60g (~2 cups) Spinach, chopped
- 60g Bell peppers, diced
- 30g Shredded cheese
- Pinch salt + pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Use avocado/olive oil spray for 12-cup muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs + egg whites, season with salt & pepper.
- Divide veggies, sausage, and cheese evenly in tin.
- Pour egg mixture over each cup.
- Bake 15–18 min until set.
- Cool slightly before removing egg muffins,
- Enjoy! Great for to-go breakfasts or snack!
