  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • ~½ tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp Miso (or lemongrass tumeric paste)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 10g (1 tbsp) Green onions
  • Salt (based on preference)
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 30g Veggie Mix
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 tsp Chili crisp or red pepper flakes
  • Fresh lime juice

  1. Make even sized balls out of the ground turkey.
  2. Roll in seasoning (optional).
  3. Air-fry turkey balls on 375 for 10-15 min.
  4. Sauté mushrooms and veggie mix.
  5. Boil broth (add little more water if you like more soupy) then add noodles once comes to a boil.
  6. Bring broth to simmer once noodles are fully cooked-- add garlic, ginger, coconut aminos.
  7. Then add mushrooms, veggie mix and whole egg. Cook 2 min while consistently stirring to scramble up egg.
  8. Garnish with turkey meat balls, green onions and chili flakes (optional).
