High-Protein Ramen
Cozy, protein-packed dish. [Macros per 1 serving]
Ingredients
- 120g Ground Chicken Balls (cooked)
- 1 piece Lotus Ramen Noodles
- 240ml Chicken or Beef Bone Broth
- 15ml Coconut Aminos
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- ~½ tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 2 tsp Miso (or lemongrass tumeric paste)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 10g (1 tbsp) Green onions
- Salt (based on preference)
- 50g Mushrooms
- 30g Veggie Mix
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 tsp Chili crisp or red pepper flakes
- Fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Make even sized balls out of the ground turkey.
- Roll in seasoning (optional).
- Air-fry turkey balls on 375 for 10-15 min.
- Sauté mushrooms and veggie mix.
- Boil broth (add little more water if you like more soupy) then add noodles once comes to a boil.
- Bring broth to simmer once noodles are fully cooked-- add garlic, ginger, coconut aminos.
- Then add mushrooms, veggie mix and whole egg. Cook 2 min while consistently stirring to scramble up egg.
- Garnish with turkey meat balls, green onions and chili flakes (optional).
