Sugar-Free Blueberry and Strawberry Flavors

  1. Lightly spray a 9x13 dish with nonstick spray and wipe excess.
  2. Add the red sugar free Jell-O to a bowl.
  3. Pour in 2 cups boiling water and whisk for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour into the dish and refrigerate 45–60 minutes, until mostly firm but slightly tacky.
  5. Add the second layer: In a separate bowl, combine the blue sugar-free Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  6. Let cool on the counter for 10–15 minutes (important so it doesn’t melt the red layer).
  7. Slowly pour over the first layer.
  8. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight until fully firm.
  9. Remove from refrigerator and gently loosen edges if needed.
  10. Dip the cookie cutter in warm water between cuts for cleaner edges.
  11. Press firmly into the Jell-O to create star shapes.
  12. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
