Ingredients
- 1 family pack sugar free blueberry jello
- 1 family pack sugar free strawberry jello
- 4 cups boiling water

Instructions
- Lightly spray a 9x13 dish with nonstick spray and wipe excess.
- Add the red sugar free Jell-O to a bowl.
- Pour in 2 cups boiling water and whisk for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Pour into the dish and refrigerate 45–60 minutes, until mostly firm but slightly tacky.
- Add the second layer: In a separate bowl, combine the blue sugar-free Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
- Let cool on the counter for 10–15 minutes (important so it doesn’t melt the red layer).
- Slowly pour over the first layer.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight until fully firm.
- Remove from refrigerator and gently loosen edges if needed.
- Dip the cookie cutter in warm water between cuts for cleaner edges.
- Press firmly into the Jell-O to create star shapes.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
