Mango Coconut Lime Sherbet

Ingredients
- 200g Frozen Mango Chunks
- 120g Coconut Milk (Light)
- 30g Almond Milk
- 30g Vanilla Protein
- 5-10g Lime Juice
- Steva/Monk Fruit (to preference sweetness)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste test. If it needs more sweet add stevia/monk fruit or honey/dates (add macros if you use these)
- Pour into Ninja Creami Pint
- Freeze 8-12 hours or overnight.
- Spin on sorbet or lite ice cream.
- If crumbly, add 10-20g almond milk or water and re-spin until consistency is to your preference.
