Mini PB Cups [Valentines Edition]
Homemade Reese's vibes, but better macros! [Yields 12 mini cups. Macros per 1]
Ingredients
- 1 serving HU Dark Chocolate Chips
- 10g (1 tbsp) Coconut Oil
- 16g Collagen Protein Powder
- 16g (1 tbsp) Natural Peanut Butter
Easy Swaps
Peanut Butter
PBfit + Greek Yogurt OR Almond Butter, Sunflower Butter
Coconut Oil
Can Skip for Lower Fat
Instructions
- In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Stir in the collagen protein powder until fully combined and glossy.
- Spoon the mixture halfway into mini heart silicone molds.
- Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
- Add a thin layer of peanut butter on top of the set chocolate base.
- Return to the freezer for another 20–30 minutes until fully set.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
