Mint Mocha Protein Latte
Festive vibes in a cup with a minty aftertaste.
Ingredients
- 120ml Coffee, brewed or instant
- 60ml Hot water
- 120ml Almond milk, unsweetened
- 20g Chocolate collagen protein
- 1-2 drops Peppermint extract
- 5g (1 tsp) MCT or coconut oil
- Optional: cinnamon or cocoa powder and mini peppermint candy cane (add macros if you chose this)

Ghee Butter or macadamia nut oil
Instructions
- Mix hot almond milk and coffee together into a blender piece.
- Add chocolate collagen, peppermint flavor, MCT oil into blender piece with hot mixture.
- Whisk, froth or BLEND (recommend), sprinkle cocoa powder.
- PRO TIP: if you blend hot make sure you SLOWLY open lid over sink because sometimes it will spray everywhere.
