Power Oats Parfait
Perfect grab-and-go meal that will give you energy and brain power. Yields 1 serving.
Ingredients
- 40g quick oats
- 120ml (4 fl oz) almond milk (unsweetened)
- 170g Greek yogurt (Triple Zero Oikos)
- 75g mixed berries
- 16g almond or peanut butter
- 5g honey
- 5g cocoa powder (optional for chocolate lovers)
Easy Swaps
Almond milk
coconut, oat, skim milk, or water
Greek yogurt
dairy-free yogurt (Cocoyo, Kite Hill, So Delicious)
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt in a jar/container.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with almond butter, berries, and honey.
- Or add toppings the night before if you’re short on time.
- Enjoy!
