Protein Cloud Coffee
High protein, low effort, elevated morning ritual | Yields 1 Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 10g collagen peptides
- 30ml light coconut milk
- 5g raw honey
- 150–200ml hot coffee
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch mineral salt

Light coconut Milk
Heavy whipping cream or other non dairy milks
Honey
Maple syrup
Instructions
- Add egg, protein powder, collagen, coconut milk, honey, and salt to a blender
- Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and slightly frothy
- Pour hot coffee into a mug
- Slowly add the blended mixture on top
- Froth or blend again briefly for that cloud texture
