Ingredients
- 1 box Sugar-free Jello powder
- 2 scoops (60g) Whey isolate protein
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 cup Cold water

Instructions
- Bring 240g water to a boil.
- Add Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- In a shaker, mix cold water + whey isolate until smooth.
- Let the hot Jello mixture cool slightly (important so protein doesn’t clump).
- Slowly whisk in the protein mixture until fully combined.
- Pour into 2 containers evenly.
- Refrigerate 2+ hours until set.
