Easy Swaps

1 Whole Egg
30ml Applesauce (more fluffy)
Nut Butter
Sunflower Butter or Coconut Manna
  1. Mix protein, cocoa, egg, milk, and baking powder in a microwave-safe small mug/bowl.
  2. Microwave ~1 min (watch closely, cooking time depends on protein powder).
  3. Let cool a couple minutes, top with nut butter (optional: add dark chocolate chips if you have macros available-- HU brand is my favorite).
