Protein Pina Colada
A tropical, protein packed smoothie that taste like you’re on vacation while helping you hit your goals [Yields 1 Serving]
Ingredients
- 30g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 140g Frozen Pineapple
- 120g Light Coconut Milk [unsweetened]
- 60g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 60g Ice
- 10g Fresh Lime Juice
- 5g unsweetened Shredded Coconut [garnish: optional]

Non fat greek yogurt
Dairy free yogurt
Coconut milk
Coconut water + add more ice [won't be as creamy]
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or extra ice to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass or for the full tropical experience, serve inside a hallowed out pineapple.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and add a pineapple wedge, if desired.
