  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Pour melted mixture over Rice Chex in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Gently fold until every piece is fully coated.
  5. Transfer to a large container with lid or paper bag.
  6. Add 3 scoops vanilla protein powder.
  7. Seal and shake thoroughly until evenly coated.
  8. Spread onto parchment paper or in container and freeze 20–30 minutes until set.
  9. Store in freezer for best texture.
