Protein Tiramisu
Dessert that works for you, not against you. [Yields 1 serving]
Ingredients
- 150g Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt (single-serve container)
- 5g Ghirardelli cocoa powder
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- 30g coffee or cold brew (≈ 1 oz — instant coffee works too)
- 10g PB Fit (powdered peanut butter)
- 10 Simple Mills Honey Sweet Thins

Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coffee, and PB Fit.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined (thick, creamy consistency).
- Gently press 10 g of the Sweet Thins into the mixture, slightly submerging them.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours to allow flavors to set.
- Remove from fridge, lightly break up the softened crackers to create a crumble on top.
