Salted Carmel Latte Creami
Sweet coffee flavor dessert with less calories and more protein | Yields 1 pint.
Ingredients
- 180g unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk beverage
- 80g cold brew coffee (or instant coffee-- tip if you eat this at night and sensitive to caffeine use decaf).
- 30g caramel or vanilla protein powder
- 8g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 5g maple syrup or honey (for extra sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 10g Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
Instructions
- Blend the base: almond/coconut milk, cold brew, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla, maple syrup (if using), and sea salt.
- Freeze: Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze 8–12 hours until solid.
- Spin: Run on Lite Ice Cream.
- Re-spin if needed: If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp almond milk and re-spin once.
- Add topping: Make a small well in the center and add crushed Sweet Thins or cacao nibs. Use Mix-In mode.
- Repeat step above until it's the desired consistency.
