Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 200g egg whites
- 40g cream of rice
- 50g banana
- 10g almond butter
- 5g honey
- Himalayan sea salt
- Cinnamon
- Better Stevia drops [French Vanilla]

Instructions
- Cook 1 whole egg + 200g egg whites in a nonstick pan until fully set. Season as desired.
- Make cream of rice: Add cream of rice to a larger microwave-safe bowl. Cover with water (slightly more than you think you need).
- Microwave for 1min 30 seconds. Watch closely—if it rises, pause and stir.
- Stir with a fork or whisk to prevent clumps and continue in 30–45 sec intervals, stirring each time.
- Adjust consistency: Too thick → add water or Want fluffier → add more water.
- Add cinnamon, salt, 3-6 drops of stevia drops and mix with fork or whisk.
- Build cream of rice bowl: Top with banana slices, almond butter, and honey.
