  1. Cook 1 whole egg + 200g egg whites in a nonstick pan until fully set. Season as desired.
  2. Make cream of rice: Add cream of rice to a larger microwave-safe bowl. Cover with water (slightly more than you think you need).
  3. Microwave for 1min 30 seconds. Watch closely—if it rises, pause and stir.
  4. Stir with a fork or whisk to prevent clumps and continue in 30–45 sec intervals, stirring each time.
  5. Adjust consistency: Too thick → add water or Want fluffier → add more water.
  6. Add cinnamon, salt, 3-6 drops of stevia drops and mix with fork or whisk.
  7. Build cream of rice bowl: Top with banana slices, almond butter, and honey.
