  1. Toast the sourdough: Lightly toast the sourdough slice until slightly crisp.
  2. Build the pizza base: Spread tomato sauce over the toast.
  3. Sprinkle nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning (optional everything bagel seasoning).
  4. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes.
  5. Cook the eggs: In a nonstick pan, cook whole egg.
  6. Cook the turkey bacon in the microwave or in the hot pan you cooked the egg in.
  7. Cut the laughing cow cheese into 4-6 pieces.
  8. Assemble: Place the egg over the pizza toast and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and optional red pepper flakes. Then top with the laughing cow cheese.
  9. If you want cheese little more melted put toast on a pan and broil in the oven for 2-5 minutes (watch so it doesn't burn).
  10. For a protein boost: add egg whites.
