  1. Preheat air fryer: Heat to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl combine ground chicken, dijon, and spices.
  3. Form patties: Divide into 4 small patties.
  4. Press patties into the crushed Simple Mills crackers until coated.
  5. Place in air fryer and lightly spray with avocado oil spray. Cook 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Make sauce: Stir together Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, honey, lemon, and salt.
  7. Assemble: Place patties inside lettuce wraps and drizzle with sauce.
