Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Creamí
Cheesecake flavor, say no more. [Yields 1 serving]
Ingredients
- 113g cottage cheese 2% (softened)
- 50g Fresh strawberries
- 1 scoops (30g) Whey vanilla protein powder
- 6oz Unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix
- 7g Honey

Dairy free option use dairy free yogurt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze 12–24 hours until solid.
- Take out of the freezer let it defrost for 5-10 minutes.
- Spin on “Lite Ice Cream.”
- If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp coconut milk or water and re-spin until creamy (sometimes takes 2-3 spins).
