Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 113g (4 oz) lean ground turkey cooked
- 40g (3–4 leaves) butter lettuce (or iceberg)
- 60g tomato, diced (about ½ small tomato)
- 35g avocado, sliced (about ¼ avocado)
- 25g cucumber, chopped
- 15g shredded carrot
- ¼ tsp garlic & onion powder
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Green onion or sesame seeds for topping
- 1 serving NU Sauce (or your favorite sauce/dressing)

Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and seasonings; cook until browned and no longer pink (about 4–5 minutes).
- Wash and separate lettuce leaves.
- Assemble wraps: spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce, top with tomato, avocado, cucumber, carrots and drizzle with NU Sauce (or any macro friendly sauce).
- Wrap, fold, and enjoy!
