  1. Cook white rice as in rice cooker or stove top. Stir in turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to make yellow rice.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak with salt, pepper, and chipotle powder. Sear 3–4 min per side for medium-rare (adjust for preferred doneness).
  4. In the same pan, sauté fajita veggies 3–5 min until tender-crisp.
  5. Slice steak and serve over yellow rice with sautéed veggies.
